Design for Belonging

In this workshop, participants learn the tenets of Design for Belonging developed by the D School (Design Thinking) at Stanford University. Participants then learn the various levers, or facets of an organization that can be modified to create a sense of belonging for the community members. Teachers can incorporate this idea into their classroom, whether it is their curriculum, event planning, or how meetings are held to make positive changes.
