AATJ’s DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) SIG aims to provide opportunities for networking, information exchange, and professional development among AATJ members who are interested in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging issues. DEIB includes a wide range of topics such as diversity among learners and teachers, inclusive teaching, workplace issues, teacher recruitment, etc. We hope to address various issues educators are facing through collaborative activities.
Activities will include:
· Virtual group discussions
· Resource sharing
· DEIB-theme panels at AATJ fall/spring conferences
