I teach all levels of Japanese and Educators Rising at Palmer High, which is an International Baccalaureate School. I am interested in building relationships and communities where everyone has an opportunity to share their voice. I challenge my students to get involved beyond the classroom and become risk-takers, especially through our Palmer Saroma Sister City Program and unique Alaskan events. I am also interested in comprehensible input techniques, cold character reading, teacher collaboration, and exchange.
